- Run Patcher as admin in any directory ! for VS17 extension version its located in:
C:UsersAppDataLocalMicrosoftVisualStudio15.0_c2f3c461Extensions

- Just hard set the folder to that location, run patcher and go.

- I installed only "GhostDoc Enterprise v5.5.17070.exe" instead of "GhostDoc Enterprise.v5.5.17070.VS2017.Extension.vsix" file and the patch its for both Visual Studio 2017 and 2015 Ent. on Windows 10 x64 Ent.
