There are no graphics options and it does not detect the monitor resolution; by default, the game launches in 1080p windowed mode; you must manually add the launch command and click the maximize button in the title bar to go full screen; and you can only tell that the resolution has changed to 4K by looking at the title bar, where you can see the game name and (4K) beside it.
