تدور أحداث الفيلم حول فاتن عبد الله (تقلا شمعون)، التي خرجت من الملجأ بعد ثلاثة أيامٍ من القصف بحثًا عن الطعام لذويها، وفي طريقها يتعرض لها ضابطٌ لبناني ويعتدي عليها؛ وبعد حينٍ من الزمان يظهر الحمل عليها ويخيرها والداها بين الإجهاض أو تركهم للأبد، تقرر فاتن الابتعاد وتعمل على تركيب وبيع العطور، ثم تضع ابنتها اللقيطة ليال (زينة ملكي)
