By default repack installs v115819 (CODEX), compatible with future CODEX patches. But you can manually update your game to v115847 (Skiminok release) by running “Install Update.bat” in game root. This will make the game not compatible with patches though

Before start the installation, stop the antivirus or Windows Defender in Windows 10
Run the setup.exe as Administrator.
